Turbo Problem....

Default Turbo Problem....

i have changed my turbo three times all cuase of havey smoke from my exhute at the begining thye were working perfectlly but after few days thye start to smoke.
any one knows why?

The guy means that he's tried 3 different turbos and he's getting the same problem, not that he was trying 3 turbos at once.

i've check my engine its fine the compression is fine too

white is coolant
blue is oil.

the oil pipe which its going for the turbo is a bit big alot of oil is going for the turbo does that make any problem?

the feed line is leaking oil?
the feed line is big?
how big?
if the turbo is getting too much oil it could be blowing the seals inside the turbo

I bet your problem is your oil return line. The oil return line has to be straight into the oil pan, about 1/2" thick. Its gravity fed, so if the oil cant drain cleanly it will stop up and your turbo will SMMOOOKKKEEEEE. You also need to have your oil pan tapped HIGH on the pan so the oil can drain freely.

If the oil gets stopped up (if your tube bends upwards or anything which can restrict flow)...it will go right out the seals and into the turbo ext side..and buurrrnnn
