i have an itr bottom end with a gsr head. wht would be the best manifold to put on there or should i change back to a b16 head and go from there?

 

heads are virtually the same. value wise you should use the pr3 head. realistically you should use which ever head is in better condition. manifold on the cheap for the gsr head = blox. manifold for best 9000 and under = performer x. on the pr3 head, you can use a p73, blox, performer, take your pick, basically the same thing other than the p73 manifold being able to fit
