Default best head for a B18

whats the best head to put on b18?
many people say the LS/VTEC head.
just wondering your guys opinion.

thats on what kind of power you want to make. B16 heads are generally cheaper, and have better manifold choices. gsr of course comes with a better cam, and in my opinion, I love the gsr manifold. Most guys will hate on it, but I have always made better power working with the gsr manifold. Other wise they are practically the same head. I mean if you are going to send it out for port/polish etc you will end up with the same results. I would say get whatever you can actually find for a decent price.

well i think im gonna go prolly GSR head.
my friend said SiR head would fit, whats the difference power/compression wise.
