I have a 98 civic and i bought the xentec 30k hid kit and after i installed it the driver side worked fine but the passenger side only lit up a whitish blue color and they're supposed to be pink. I tried switching the bulbs but the passenger side did the same thing and the driver side worked so its not the bulbs and i checked all the connections so does anyone have any idea what it could be? Thanks

 

If the bulbs are fine then the next thing i'd check would be the ballast. sounds like it has a problem. Return them if it was just purchased as Xentec brands seem to fail quite often.
