i want more hp, what should i do next?
i got my jdm b18c 2months ago. i ripped it apart to see if it was damaged in any way. came up clean. i sent the headers to get coating by hpcoatings, i put in jun 3's in it w/valve springs n retainers. aem cam gears, aem fuel rail and pressure regulator, hks exhaust. i'm going n/a what else do i need to my some more hp? looking to have 250whp, what should i do next?
250 whp?!? Haha good luck, thats a long expensive project. Probably gonna have to get your block built, with some high comps man gonna have to tune like mad. Probably first thing is get some high comp pistons and get it all tuned. See how it comes up and then work from there. 250whp might be unrealistic.
250whp....n/a....street driven....let me know when that happens.

to build a strong NA Motor, you need 3 things,
1) Compression~!
2) More Air~!
3) More fuel~!
You got the cams for more air.
Fuel's been taken care of already.
Compression??
Mix all those together and tune it all so everything's in harmony, its reachable.

The fact that you need to ask what to do to hit 250 whp says something.
I say it's an unrealistic goal.

With your current setup what numbers are you putting down? Its generally a good idea to know what you are currently pushing to determine how much more involved you want to become.
Anyway... to answer your question - its not technically unreachable, but in your case I think its a waste of time and money. What never makes sense to me is people who go out and buy a "JDM B18C or B16B" and then want to make insane amounts of power without rebuilding. If you knew your goals prior to purchasing the engine, why would you spend the money on a ITR engine instead of doing the research and maybe picked yourself up a B20VTEC combo. Then you wouldn't have to worry about taking apart your engine again to rebuild the bottom end and raise compression.
However, good luck on your quest. BTW - I'd still like to know your current numbers.
