Default BOOSTED B18C5 COMPLETE BUILD DAILY DRIVER 400HP?

Alright let me start off by saying yes I already have a build thread in the appearance section for the car, I wanted to post a thread in here to get input and info from you FI guys on my build and to post questions here if I have them and get some answers.

Build thread for car
https://honda-tech.com/forums/appearance-build-threads-122/dc4lstegs-build-thread-real-98-ek9-ctr-lots-pics-3019427/

So Im 19 and this is my first engine/turbo build. I had the B18C5 NA and it was pretty much stock besides bolt ons, being dumb and not researching first I decided to throw on a turbo kit and it pretty much cracked all 4 piston ringlands the first time I tried to drive it So after that happend I decided that I need to rebuild my complete motor and do it right this time.

Goals/Plans:
350-400 hp (until I can upgrade injectors and turbo, then maybe 450+hp??)
Car will be a DD but hopefully taken to the track quite a bit.
I want traction!
Super clean set up thats BUILT THE RIGHT WAY
Hopefully getting the block sleeved in the future

Set Up(As of now):
Engine:
98 B18c5(everything including clutch/flywheel balanced within .02gs)
81.5 supertech pistons 9.9:1
Eagle Rods
Stock ITR crank(balanced and micropolished)
OEM oil/water pump
Gates kevlar timing belt
Head:
ITR cams w/ BC cam gears
ferrea 5000 series valves(4-5 angle valve job)
supertech bronze valve guides
ITR dual valvesprings(hope to upgrade soon)
p73 spring style lmas
Stock ITR/p73 Intake mani/tb
arp headstuds

Turbo Kit:
Turbonetics t3/t4 60 trim(until I can upgrade)
Peakboost Ramhorn mani
3" downpipe(buddy club spec 2 catback)
Turbosmart 38mm wastegate(open dumptube, non-recirculating)
2 1/2" intercooler piping
Greddy bov
Greddy CARB legal stamps

Fuel System:
Walbro 255lph pump
Delphi 525cc injectors(Until I can afford ID1000s)
Stock fuel rail/fpr/fuel filter

Trans:
01 gsr trans
CC stg4 clutch
xtd 8lb flywheel

EMS:
Hondata S300v2 w/ BBG
Innovate MTX-L wideband
Hondata 4 bar map

As said this car will mainly be a DD and tuned on 91oct.

Where Im at right now in the build
Just got the block back from machine shop from being fully balanced, but cant do my bearing measurements yet because the digital dial bore gauge I ordered
over a month ago still hasnt got here. Then just waiting to get my head back from the machine shop which is having a 4-5 angle valve job done to it, and getting the valve guides replaced on it. Should be done next week.

As said I want any comments/suggestions/criticism/anything anyone wants to say.

Now on to the pics!

ya dude looks like u are on your way to making a nice *** build, the only thing i see so far is your couplers, i cant tell from that pic but if they are just the rubber ones they will split under boost, if they have thread in them then they are 3 or 4 ply which will be fine. i bought all vibrant ones because mine split.

Those 5000 series valves are not so good for a turbo application.

I think this will be a great build. You've chose sensible parts for a sensible goal. Good luck with it man. I hope all works out well.

Hopefully, you won't have problems with them. Flat face valves are heavy and run pretty hot in boosted applications. The problems tend to be snapped valve stems and less resistance to pre-ignition.

Rather than calling the manufacturer, how about someone who has no vested interest in the product like say a head porter. Seriously, you think they are going to say nah don't use our product.

Actually yes i do as I've been in contact with them a few times now and they've gave me a non biased answer. I could understand if we were on about blox or some shitty eBay company. But Ferrea... no way...
