Default Understeer

I have a 2002 Honda Accord and I'm looking to Reduce Understeer by ether adding more Oversteer or going for Neutral

What is the best way to do this?

Go with a wider tire. I am using 195 on 15x7 and you could lower the car. Install front strut bar and anti roll bars.

It'd help if we knew what application this was going towards, Autocross? street? I can't imagine having too many issues on the street. Oversteer might be a bit difficult to get in a fwd car just from my experience with circle track.

If it's a strictly track car, a bit of camber in the front might help reduce the understeer but it will unevenly wear the tires. I know there was a EF civic hatch who raced with us a few times and she cut the strut towers a little bit to pull the top of the struts in the front and rear inward to give it some more camber, so it's possible to do it on all 4 wheels.

I don't know if this would do much, I race a mustang so it's a whole other world...but just another suggestion to add on top. I think making the car more rigid and solid like aces said with lowering springs/sway bars will produce what your looking for. It's a world of difference when your car is lowered

Big rear bar, big rear spring rates, and the widest tires you can fit.

Most likely Autocross

I've heard if you get a thicker sway bar in the back and a thinner in the front it would help too... Is this True?

Experiment and see what you like. Its a combination of tires, sway bars, anti roll bars. Its all about the geometry of your setup.
