Surging idle & limp mode ( code wont read) b16
b18b1 block w/ what i believe is a b16a1 head dropped into a 95 civic hatch.
full exhaust so any sensor that would be in the stock exhaust is gone
The person before me put a cone filter right on the manifold.
And the ECU has been chipped, no idea what chip i just know its not hondata as he told me to upgrade to this.
Now that you know whats having problems, lets get to these problems.
I have cleaned the FATV and the IAC
cleaned all sensors on the intake ( the TPS seems to be rivited in there so i couldnt get that out )
code wont read no matter what i do, paper clip must be broken
limp mode, wont go over 3000 rpm
Tried to reset ECU, code still pops up right on start up.
Looked for vacuum leaks, and found a hose on the rear of my intake that sucks hard, but doesnt lead to anything. The idle changes when i plug it, but still surges.
I dont think it was plugged when i bought it 3 weeks ago, so how could it suddenly effect my idle now.
pic of hose

then there is this right above the air intake that has nothing on it, also not plugged when i bought it.

and i also found this hanging around. looks important. No idea where it goes, looks like its port was blocked off.

If anyone has any idea why this car is acting up like this, im open to any ideas.
One last note is my backup power fuse keeps blowing ( 7.5 amps ), so i looked around and found my deck is wired into a 30amp wire for constant power, and looped back into the stock backup power system. Im wondering if this might have blown my ECU.
I was skeptical because it ran fine... wouldnt this be an instant problem?
so much **** gone wrong, never buy a car with an engine swap
