Default d16y7 swapped into my 1991 homda civic

So i bought a turbo y7 from a friend of mine. I physically seen the car it was in running. i pulled my d15b2 and put in the y7 using my trans, axles, shift link, alternator, and my wiring harness( that he made into a multi point). so after lots of cutting and squeezing for the turbo kit and getting the new wiring in order i went to turn the key and wont start. Getting fuel but no spark ,dizzy is getting power(yellow black wire) when ignition is on. While digging though millions of ideas on how to troubleshoot i occurred that check enigine lights are there for a reason. so turned key did not notice the light coming on like it woulc normally tryed a few time then finally i flicked on then back off, then i cranked the motor for a few sec and it turned back on steady. Took keys out and put paper clip in service harness to jump the pins went to turn key on and back to no check engine light... so i pulled paper clip and reapeated trying to get check engine light to come on. So here i am no spark but have fuel, and no check engine light to help trouble shoot. Any idea would be helpfull

I tested all grounds they are fine. Igniter is fine aswell. New cap, rotor, and coil. Dizzy is getting power. Think it might be a issue with wiring because everything worked fine in the car it came from.

Is the ecu and dizzy the same ones the prev owner had? Or did you get them?
