No Check Engine Light
I've searched
I'm not a noob
I've read the rules
92 Cx
97 B18c5
When you turn the key on the ignition certain lights light up before you actually start the car, the check engine light is one of them, along with the oil.
The only lights that come one when i turn the key over is srs(which i no longer have) and battery
The car was gutted when i got it so when we starting plugging things back into there places we werent sure if there are only 3 plugs that go into the fuse box or more?

Re: No Check Engine Light (prettyQuik)
Get yourself a wiring diagram , but to my knowledge theres only three.
Check to make sure the bulbs are good, they might have pulled them because they were constantly on for some reason.

completley worthless post. if you cant contribute please dont say anything.
prettyQuik your car isnt going to blow up without an engine light, if there is a serious problem it will run in limp mode (very low rev limit, no vtec, etc) i would get your hands on a service manual and start tracing wires. its probably cut somewhere.
