Default Tune changes when the headlight are turned on

94 honda civic b20 turbo 9 psi with dsm injector w/ resistor box. I street tuned it and it makes really good power, but at night when i turn the headlights on the car leans into the 18's only at 0%-to 15% throttle, under boost its dead on 12.2-11.9. I have check the thermo ground, valve cover, starter and battery. any suggestions? Never had this problem before. I had two other motors in the car running fine when i tuned them.

Ok i just realized i did not change the Battery offset to the dsm injectors which would cuz some problems when the voltage drops from the headlights. I'll check into this tomorrow.
