Default spitter spatter at high rpms/ head gasket leak

hello everybody. first time poster here. I have a b16a with ls integra pistons topped with a gsr head.
so my dilemma is that sometimes at mid to high rpms there's a spitter spatter sound when the turbo.is spooling ( Garrett ar.48) and feels like it looses power. I have small bubbles sometimes popping out of the corner.of the.head on the exhaust side by where the dizzy is. I.will retorque the head studs next week hopefully if i get some time. the motor has 3000 miles now since it was put together. the #2 cylinder wall had a hairline so thin that I could barely feel.it with my mail after it was hot tanked and honed. the spotter spatter noise happens every once in a while when I put the peddal to the metal. can the issue.be that coolant is getting into the cylinder walls and it the head needs to.be retorqued( hopefully that's it) or somethings wrong with the turbo( no shaft play and doesn't burn oil) . only in the morning white smoke comes out the muffler but stops once its warmed up. any input will be appreciated negative or positive let me have it haha... please lol. the motor was tuned to.10 lbs but.sometimes spikes past 10 and goes limp. I wanted to go in for retune this week coming up. the last time the spotter spatter happend I didn't have power at.higher rpms for about an hour after I drove it again it ran fine.

What do you mean small bubbles from corner of head?of what? And your car goes into limp when it spikes passed 10 cuz you have a stock map sensor, which I'd recommend keeping on there till you fix your spiking issue cuz limp mode is better then detonation. As for headstuds I'd check the torque asap before even driving it. Stock or arp headstuds?

it has a r p head studs and I do have a hondata map sensor but they did boost.cut at 10 lbs. I wont have time till Monday afternoon to retorque I'm driving the work van till then. on the front of the motor at the corner in between the head and block there's little piece of the head gasket that sticks out tiny bit. I took pictures but not sure how to.post from my phone I.will try right.now

the tiny bubbles come out from that.corner and when I drive it for a long period of time the leak is more noticeable

Prob had headlift or you didn't torque headstuds to correct spec. What did you torque them to? More then likely your going to need to replace the headgasket

I don't remember exactly I think 25-40-50-60-75 . ya that's what I was thinking I want to retorque the head I never did after the first time I put it together. but if I'm going to take it apart.I might as well because it will get worst possibly instead of getting better. hopefully its off and I don't have to but.first I.will retorque as is and see if it was off. and what's headlift exactly caused by?
