ok soo ive had this car for about 6 months now and which 4 months i DD'd it and took it on a couple 3-600 mile trips with 0 problems. When it started to get colder i started to have random dieing/no start issues id fix it and it would run fine for a week then back to it untill something happened and i cant figure it now, no start is extremely common with these cars and there's tons of literature on how to fix it, ive done all the basics as i dont have much time or a garage to work in. All the mods/replacement parts ive put on it are from lindsey racing and i have receipts for everything ive done and all kinds of diagrams and a journal of the issues/ repairs i did. The weirdest thing about 2 weeks ago it fired right up and i drove it around all night, the next day it started, backed up, then died, and back to the no start. It ran flawless and FAST when it starts you can still compression test it and all that since it cranks everything is perfect! i have about 4000 into it right now, plus the 1500 in wheels and 3800 in full coilovers, not counting the cost of a stock car. i know im not gonna get close to my asking but id love to trade for a honda or even a clean shell. i know the car inside and out from my months of working on it so any question i can answer and ill also give the 500 in specialty tools and diagnostic porsche stuff i got with it plus alot of other mods i haven't installed...

mods-

exterior- wet sanded and prepped for paint, one VERY small dent in picture on back pass side, not missing or anything broken

interior- only mods are a boost gauge and head unit, everything's there and it has the sport option recaro Porsche striped seats (sell in bad condition for 800, check ebay)

suspension and wheels- koni full coil over setup from lindsey racing, borbet type A staggard 16x8 16x10 with 80% tread left on the tires

motor- Lindsey racing stage 2 package, **LR exhaust, LR intercooler, **LR silicone kit,** LR j boot,** LR 3 bar map, dampner, fuel pressure gauge, ** LR "racing" tunre up kit, plus more little things im forgetting

** means they have 0 miles and i put on to try and fix no start

Wow this is tempting. Always wanted a 944 but I am not sure I would be able to handle maintenance

 

alot of the maintenence has beendone with 0 miles, timing belts just done also...
