Eg boggin out

I have a 93 eg coupe with a sohc 1.6 & my car is bogging out and im losing power. Kind of like when ur catalizer in other cars is clogged. N e got suggesstions

Check your timing first. Also did it happen all of a sudden or has it always been this way.

Check engine light on?
Any tune ups (plugs, wires, cap, rotor)?
Any mods?

Happen all of a sudden.just changed plugs like 2 months ago n.i

I have msd cap n wires, dc headers, n thats about it. Just happen all of.a sudden n i maintain my car on regular basis
