Wanted to see if you guys knew which connector this was? The wiring Harness is off a 1996 Honda Civic DX. Motor is a 1999 Integra LS.

evap canister

 

I'm currently using the stock 96 DX EVAP canister that came with the car and getting a P1457 code. If i get a LS Canister will the connector plug directly with it and should the code go away then?

 

What are the two wire colors? It looks like one is Red/Yel. What is the other one? Or post a clearer picture of the two wires.

 

Air intake temp sensor? thats what it looks like to me...

I don't think so. Can you post a better picture? In the above picture, one wire looks Red/Yel not Red. And is the other wire Yel/Blk or Blk/Yel?

By convention, the first color is the main wire color and the other is the stripe color.

If it is an EVAP connector are all of them compatible? Like can i use it to plug into a Integra canister etc?

 

i have a 98 with a LS swap too so. (for me that plug show up three times)
that same type of plug connects to the EVAP selinoid, on the IM, and the EVAP canister, pass. side firewall.
(as well as the old IAT, for the d series)
i dont think i get your q tho, it should just plug right into the civic EVAP canister, or is it not in there?

 

I have the 96 civic DX EVAP canister on right now and there's no place to plug in this connector. all i see is 2 vacuum hoses. Do i need to get a Integra Evap canister?

 

that would be ur best bet ..

 

it goes to the purge solenoid on top of your intake manifold.
