I think HPC has a facility in Georgia.

 

Try calico coatings. They are in NC and do a great job. They have the high temp black as well as the chrome look. They did my friends with the black on the inside, chrome on the outside. It will probably still dull somewhat, due to high turbo temps, but boy does it look better than plain old metal. And it stays ALOT cooler!
