Default d16y8 swap wont stay started

91 civic hb std dx 5spd transmission
89dx harness converted to mpfi with boomslang obd0-obd1 jumper harnes
d16y7 block,d16y8 head d15b7 distributer with ebay obd0-obd1 distributor adapters,

I just finished the swap and went to start it and it turns over and then dies right away. If i give it gas it stays started and runs normal if im holding the gas steady.

none of my o2 sensors are hooked up right now so i have codes 1,41
Also getting codes 14,and 30 iac and i think a/t signal? which dosnt make sense.
I think my harness is screwed up and my iac plug dosnt work because i got that code on my old motor too

im lost any help would be appreciated

Also just messed with the timing. If i turn the distributor(with the bolts loose) towards the back of the car it starts and runs a lil bit longer if i turn if toward the front of the car it stalls right away.

I dont have a timing belt cover right now so its hard to time ive been using the mark on the timing belt pulley lining it up with the arrow on the block

Any suggestions on a better way to time it. i dont have time get a timing belt cover for it right now
