d16z6 t3t4 turbo ?

Default d16z6 t3t4 turbo ?

ok so im looking in to getting a 94 civic d16z6 with a t3t4 turbo running a 8 psi


i know that a d16z6 should have a p28 computer but it says this 37820-p09-a00

does anyone know what it is and if i need to get a flashed p28 for turbo?

You need to have your ecu chipped. Then tuned when you go turbo. Lol at t3/t4 at 8psi

well thats just what its at they say its not tuned so they run 8 psi but do i need to get a p28 computer or is it problay not a d16z6

It should already at least be chipped if its turbo. I wouldn't be buying someone's untuned turbo project though

well i think it is chipped but the computer is wrong

it has two step on it in but someone set it at 3 grand so idk

im kinda new in to this honda world. real American muscle is bad *** but super expensive and im intrigued by these small engines making big numbers for the low

so what psi should that turbo be running at

Doesn't matter what ecu if its chipped.

Psi doesn't mean anything

When an ECU is chipped it's just like wiping out Windows to install Linux. It doesn't matter.

I'm guess that actually said P06. You can chip and convert P06s to vtec. They use the same board as a P28 without the vtec components (which can be added) And yes once chipped it doesn't matter what it was orginally for. There's a few guys running toyotas and nissans on P06s using Honda distributors.
