Default (95' Vtec Speedometer don't work help!!

I just got my car back, after getting the bottom end built. Everythings great, but my speedometer does not work. The Speed sensor has been tested and it seems to be working, I even switched it out. I don't think the actual speedometer is out, because my V-AFC is not getting a speed signal at all, does any body have an idea, or had this problem before. Please help!! Anybody!!

Go back and look at your engine wire harness and make sure everything is hooked up right and not missing anything, also see if all your plugs are hooked up to your tranny
