Default How much power will I make?

So, this may be a stupid thread, because nobody can predict exactly how much power a set up will make. But I had a goal in mind that I don't think is going to be attainable, so I want some input about what you guys think this set up is capable of.

D16y8
custom rods/vitaras 8.5:1 c/r
head: sotck cam and valve train, mild port work
Intake manifold mildly ported
Cast turbo manifold mildly ported
precision sc34 turbo cold: T04E .60 a/r 57 trim, hot: T3 .48 a/r stage 3 76 trim
2.5" charge pipes/ 27" fmic
2.5" downpipe/ no cat/ 3" catback
660 cc injectors
190 lph pump
will be pro tuned with crome
limiting boost to 22-23 psi so I don't kill the turbo prematurley by over running it.
93 octane pump gas

my original goal was 400 whp, now I'm thinking 350 would be a better goal to have, what do you think?

My cousin has almost the exact same setup except he is running a disco potato. He made 373whp on 20psi.

WOW! So by that standard a disco potato flows about 50 lbs./min. and the sc34 flows 54 lbs./min. so I may still be able to reach my 400 whp goal on this set up. This is of course pending how good the tune is/ if the 660 injectors can support it....hmmmm....interesting.....thanks for your input!

Are you sure it flows that much? also with .48 a/r on the exhasut side youre going to loose out on peak #'s as well as the cast manifold

If you get to 350whp i would be happy u got it.

Yeah it's maxed out flow is 54 lbs./min. and I do tend to agree with you, if I get 350+ Iwill be happy, I know the .48 a/r hotside is going to limit me a bit, but I made a last minute decision when they were building the turbo to go with the .48 instead of the original .63 that I ordered, I just though I would have more fun and more rpm's in boost with it than with a .63, I hate turbo lag.

With that turbo on a D series with barely any head work, I'd say hitting 350whp would be a good goal. Although the whp numbers might not be amazing, it should make fairly decent torque numbers

I would be happy to get 350 whp...especially if it made in the upper 280 ish+ range for tq. this is a street car so that would be plenty to be a beast, not to many turbo hondas around here where I live, so it will easily be the fastest in town
