81mm is stock.

You can use stock HG for 81.5mm overbore too.

Are you sure the parts are for a B series? Doesn't sound like it if the head gasket is really 86mm. Can you post the link from eBay on what kit you bought

I guess I ordered the wrong it says b16a the only one it says its not for is the b20

Only one I can find and it says what it is plainly.
