If your injectors were "aftermarket", and your car isn't tuned, it would be running like ***.

When was the last time you did a simple tune up? Cap/rotor/plugs, oil, seafoamed fuel system?

Might sound crazy but 2 things can help you out a lot! One is the fuel filter! Second any broken vaccum lines and or gaskets leaks , ect simple stuff usually works it self into the gas table or section of trouble shooting stuff !!

You feel? Jeez.
When was the last full tuneup you did? That would include the fuel filter.

I just replaced spark plugs ... But if the fuel filter was dirty wouldn't that cause less gas to flow...i bought the car a few months ago but haven't done a full tune up but my cap and wires look pretty new

So the answer it, you haven't. Mainly because the plug wires & cap "look" new. Wow. I can wipe anything down in my engine bay and it "looks" new again. That's the FIRST thing you do when you buy a used car REGARDLESS!

Fuel filters get clogged. When they get dirty they become less efficient. To the point that they no longer do their jobs.

Your reasoning is pretty faulty.
