So when i go live to datalog, it only stays on for a little, random times it will go off, i have it set to manual switch and always on selected.

it will go live for a little than randomly shut off. A honda guy i know said his S300 does the same thing

im running smanger latest version. tried the older version still did it.

any ideas?

I have tran ground thermostat ground and a VC ground. though it was a electriconic thing going on.

 

Try another usb cable or laptop. Also try running the module in a different car.

 

tried too different cables no different.

they are just walmart printer cord cable though? do we need a special cable?

 

hondata forum saying you need to run restior spark plugs,

2668 they are irdium plugs, said they cut down on RFI GREATLY. wondering if thats our issue.

we running non resistor

 

5791 are what we are using, and they say they have resistor? they are reg ngk non irdiums

 

Use resistor spark plugs for the best result according to hondata.

You need to use a usb cable with ferrite cores

do you have a NGK Heatrange 7 that is NON resistor?

I think your major issue is your usb cable.

 

ya you said to NOT use resistor plugs, hondata said TO use them

Im gonna try to put one of those RFI blockers on the cable

 

where gonna try to get some ferrite beads for the cord on each end and see if it helps.

 

figured out my map sensor issue, the damn tuner where this guy got it tuned had the wrong scalar and offset in for a gm. WOW

good tuner hu... running great now
