Ok so I have a bnib aem ems v2 for my s2k and I was wondering if like other stand alones you can run either or high impedence and low impedence injectors and change it in the ecu rather than running inline resistance?
There should be a option in the program, but no need if u buy high impedence , better over all performance with them , less wiring , and more voltage options for map and ect I think pls correct me if I am wrong. But its all about what u got in store or planned for the tune/ car!
2 me drives for injectors is old fashion.but like they say if it's not broke ...... Well you know! Just one less thing to worrie over ! If it's not there who knows you ever had or needed it!

The V2 AEM still does not have any low impedance injector drivers on board. It only has saturated outputs. In order to run P&H injectors you would have to install a peak & hold driver box/circuit.
Some would argue that you actually get better performance from a peak & hold injector. They are known for having quicker response times. In turn making fuel control somewhat easier with the proper P&H driver circuit.
I agree that a chipped Honda ECU with a resistor box isn't exactly the best setup for low impedance injectors. If you want to get the best performance from a low impedance injector you need a dedicated circuit that drives them. That is why companies make peak and hold injector drivers.
Why do you say that it is old fashion?

Buy ID injectors & be done with it:
