No gage lights with head lights on - solved

94 civic:guage lights and clock lights turn off if I turn on the headlights.
I have jumpered the dimmer switch.

Ignore post, the jumper on the dimmer switch fixed it ....I couldnt tell it was working in the daylight. I am going to install some LEDs to brighten things up.
