Nope. Only Honda offered 6-speeds are K-series (RSX-S or TSX), C-series (NSX), J-series (Accord V6 or TL V6) and F-series (S2000).

Nothing OEM anyways....doesn't mean you can't shell out and have one made but is it really worth it?
How fast are you planning on going with that extra gear anyways?

Why do you want to shift more?

There's nothing really advantageous about having 6 gears...

If I told you you could have 14 gears, would that be more exciting? Why is 6 more exciting than 5?

Mostly want it for the gas mileage when driving on the freeways and such. Only real reason behind it. But if only option is an k swap that's way out of the question just for gas mileage. Granted a em1 with a k20 and 6 speed would be awesome to have as a daily driver, well to me anyways.

Thanks all for the input.

A tall 5th or a tall 6th doesn't really matter. There are plenty of folks with h22/h23's with 5 speed transmissions getting 35mpg.

A 6th gear doesn't necessarily mean better mileage, but it definitely means more shifting.

get longer gears. you can change the gearing for more MPG before getting a 6 speed would be worth it.

Exactly, just to clear something up 6th gear in a K-series ends being about the same as 5th on a GS-R tranny, maybe even closer to a B16/ITR in terms of cruising RPM.

I can tell you the non S 5 speed tranny has the same FD, as well as the 1st gear being the same, and the 5 gear in one and sixth gear in the other are also the same.

The type S just has more gears in between
