Default Rebuilding my B18B1, need a parts list.

So I've decided to rebuild my B18B1 that is currently in my car, rather than upgrading to a C1. Since I am a college student and right now reliability > power at the moment.

So far my OEM list is:
-New piston rings (mine are shot due to motor being previously boosted, 135 lbs of compression.)
-All seals top to bottom, is there a kit I can buy somewhere for this?
-Water pump
-All seals in B16A2 trans
-Timing belt
-Tensioner pulley
-Hone block

Aftermarket list:
-Stage 1 clutch
-Skunk 2 intake manifold
-Omni power throttle body
-MSD ignition

Is there anything I am missing OEM wise since I am completely tearing apart the motor? Anyone have a link for tearing down a motor?

Also, will I need to up my fuel input if I get the intake manifold and 68mm TB?

are you going to boost it in the future?? If so, you might as well put new pistons, rods, re balance the crank, and get some cams... so in the future you wont have to go thru all of this again. Oh and i forgot get the block honed also.

I doubt I will be boosting it anytime soon. I'm just concerned about having a reliable car to get me to and from school at the moment. This is a budget build, because I don't have cash to throw down on all new internals. And yeah, I forgot about the hone.

I've been looking at Inlinefour.com. They have pretty much everything I would need to do an OEM rebuild. Does anyone have any experience with them?

It's hard to find a good one for a decent price where I live. I just want to be able to take my car long distances without having to worry about something breaking.

my buddy rebuilt his LS with rings, seals and gaskets from Amazon. I think he spent $250 on all of it and this was 20k miles ago. Of course i personally would get **** that's been proven to last 150K+ miles and not have to worry if your rings, seals and gaskets are gonna make it to 50k.
