Codes 1 & 12 Both Are New. ?MAP Sensor or ECU?
I have a 93 Prelude with Auto Trans and h22a conversion. The car was originally an (SI) H23. I am getting a CEL codes 1 (O2) and 12 (EGR). Both systems are new including O2 Sensor, EGR Valve & EGR Solenoid. All vacuum lines have been replaced. When this happens it gets kind like a misfire of sorts, lacks power and kinda bogs down. This happens every time I drive it. It is not only on occasion. When I turn car off and back on the CEL is off until I drive and get up to around 2000 to 3000 rpm. Then the light is back on.
I have already cleaned the EGR ports. Took the intake completely off, cleaned it inside (removing EGR port plugs) and out to new looking condition. Same as new intake.
I have seen some info around on some ecus where you may have to swap A6 and A11 wires (think it is an Accord thing). I have ecu 37820-P13-900 and all wires look intact (uncut) other than the 2 vtec wires which works fine now. I was wondering if maybe the MAP sensor could cause these symptoms and not throw a code of its own? Maybe a bad ECU? Any other suggestions?

If you are not going to be helpful then keep your comments to yourself.
With that said, the guy i bought the car from had already taken it to several shops none of which had any clue on what was going on.

If you have electronic skills, pull the ECU and remove the cover. Inspect for burnt and cracked terminals/components on the ECU board. Hope this helps. Also, trace the wires back to the ECU.
