Default RC SL4-750 questions?

I just picked up a set of these injectors to put in my teg. after buying them i googled them and i cam across a srt4 forum where they had about 10 guys talking in a thread about how shitty they are, saying they can only handle 43 lbs of pressure and that every single one of them had surging issues when they were installed and so on, i couldnt find anyone complaining about them honda wise except for a bit of a pain to install. can anyone tell me anything about these. The RC site is no help because the sl4 has been replaced with the SH4.

I think they are right...currently they only sell SH4-750 now. They had problems locking up at pressure over base psi. If you want to be safe send them out to get cleaned and tested. and i would keep them at base psi...there is no need to go over base psi anyways.

AS long as there in working order you should be fine. Sicne there the older model i wouldnt push them over 43psi.

i ran the SL4-750's for years with about 50psi base and 15-20psi of boost on top of that with a 1:1 fuel regulator they constantly had 65-70psi of pressure on them and i never had a problem with them.

thats what i wanted to hear, i wonder if these srt4 guys are running ridiculous amounts of fuel pressure, like i said besides them being a bit of a pain to get in the fuel rail im not finding many functionality issues on hondas.

If you need to go over 50psi to obtain more fuel, then you need a bigger injector. No need to go over oem psi ever. You should just be getting bigger injectors at that point. There are some exceptions tho
