Default em1/h22a4 swap - bogging and code 54

Okay first off when i have an 00 civic si with an h22a4 swap but it still is running the p2t si civic ecu it also has a check engine light on.. when i connected it to the scanner its giving no engine codes but when i run the self test it flash 5 long ones and 4 fast ones. So im guessing its 54.. what code is that??? And today after work im driving on the high way and the car starts bogging out to 3500 rpms and then it goes back to normal and then boggs out again and wont let me pass 3500 rpms. And then noticed as well my tempeture gauge started getting hot, when i was stopped. I also have an oil leak by the oilcooler. Which im gonna replace the o ring that goes there to stop the leak. What else should i replace or start checking

The ecu might not be the cause of all your problems but it's definitely causing a bunch. Replace the ecu asap so you don't cause damage to the engine if you haven't already.

The ecu map controls a map for a 1.6 Liter Dohc motor you have a 2.2 Liter DohC motor that has many more sensors EGR being one of them in my EG hatch i ran a P28 Hondata witha map for an H22A replace it asap the ECu will run u about 140 buck online with a H22A4 map

Code 54 is telling that the ECU is not getting a signal from the CKF sensor, which your engine either doesn't have or is disconnected.
