p30 ecu makes car bog no cel light??
car ran fine till recently wen it started bogging real bad around 3 -4k went over everything with no problems found from timing to a new dizzy and correct fule pressure. as soon as i put in the p28 with hondata it runs fine not sure y any thoughts? maybe the ecu is failing not really sure it went from bogging only every once in awhile to barley runing

It should flash the code out(OBD I) if you jumped the plug correctly. Long flash for 1st digit, short blinks for 2nd.

correct me if i'm wrong but if you jump the plug (short the service connector) and the CEL stays solid that means code 0, which is problem with ecu
