i recently replaced the head gasket on my d15b7 and in the process i cut the resistor box out and put obd1 injectors in ( i believe the car had obd1 injectors the whole time running with a resistor box) anyway now theres no spark from the spark plugs but the distributor gets power to the coil but doesnt send it any farther and also the fuel pump doesnt kick on, the car has a check engine light but doesnt throw a code?? but ive tested the fuel pump direct to the battery and it kicked on? main relay?? also im not sure the correct wireing for the resistor box what wires are the power? my brother tied them all together and made it one ground. do u think that would of shorted the relay if one is a power wire? plez any help is appreciated

let me look at my notes and get back to you, i cant remember if the injector power comes directly from the main relay or not, its been a minute since i did the swap myself

 

it looks like it goes from A15 on the ecu to the main relay then out to the injectors...dont quote me though lol just try replacing that relay

 

got it it was the relay runs like a champ!! :p
