13.3-13.5 has allways seemed to be the best for my H22 builds

thanks, Im running 14.2 and 13.5 in vtec... going to bring it down. Do you run richer in vtec?

Youre going to bring it down, why? There is no magic number. You run the AF's that generate the best power while being relatively safe. Depends on the set up.

I have been having detonation issues, small crack between the sleeves... luckly its just on the aluminum and not on the sleeves
