Code 7 for the TPS might cause your problem. If you reset the ECU, does code 7 and the other codes repeat?

Also check whether the throttle cable is too tight and whether it may be binding. And clean the throttle body as the throttle plate may be binding due to gummy build up.

ya I'd start with the throttle and resetting the ecu. Makes the most sense.

id have to say it has somthing to do with the throttle due to the fact that when your throttle is closed and your ecu sees that its ideling above 3000 rpms it cuts fuel, so check the tps and also check to see if the cable is to tight and is opening the throttle

If it's not in the throttle body check for vacuum leaks and clean your IACV and FITV. Is the fuel leak coming from under the engine or tank?

Could be a huge vacuum leak, I remember one time the vacuum line from my brake booster slipped off the nipple on the intake manifold, which raised the idle up to about 4000 rpm
