I have a 1990 acura integra da special edition with a jdm b16a i swapped in,
I went to the junk yard and got me ecu pins to wire in knock, vtec and pressure switch.
Its all wired up right and I have proper grounds, but im throwing a ecu code 14 and 21.. 14 is IAC valve and 21 is Front VTEC Solenoid Valve.

Does anyone have a clue how I can fix these and get VTEC to engage?

theres the IAC, awsome as has alot of pics

the vtec solanoid one is on here somewhere. have you had it open before?
sometime's the gorse gets cloged an im havn a blank atm but the little valve on top gets stuck aswell (cant membah the lil buggers name)

but thats where i would start,

if that doesnt work grab your trusty multimeter and chech what voltage and resistence you are geting. cant remember off hand what it is, but search an you shall find

 

could try putting 12volts to the solenoid directly. see if it clicks
resistance should read around 15ohms, i believe
