I bought a civic with jdm type r 4 lug swap 4x114, same as 93 prelude lug pattern. I have replace the booster, the master cylinder, and calipers and brakes are still locking up. The brake pedal gets real hard, and the car will not move at all.

 

The pin in the master cylinder/booster needs adjusted.

 

This man is correct. Basically its the push rod between the brake pedal and the booster. Loosen it up a little bit and problem should be solved

Are you sure the calipers are not seized as well?

 

Still having a problem, found out all the brakes are locking up

 

Adjusted the rod out but going to try to adjust it again
