Default Looking to build my gsr bottom block (info)

Here's what im looking to do as a winter project..i need info on what piston and rod and..ect piston size...im running a stock gsr turob in my ek now and made 300whp..on a top mount manifold aka gt35r bb turbo with s300.ect.. this is my 1st turbo set up...so help me out what's best for me..

im looking to get bout 400-450 whp on my setup

what size piston??
81.5mm
82mm
83mm
84mm
84.5mm
85mm

Compression?
9.0.1
9.8.1

man why not run differant fuel and turn it up

my bone stock long block gsr made 570@28psi on e85 man

Mahle do a 81.25mm piston so take a look into it. The more you leave on the cylinder walls the better. As for the rod's, i like Crower but i guess any aftermarket rod will do really (with in reason).

If you dont plan on doing sleaves ever I would go with 81.5mm just like he said to leave you more cylinder wall the larger you go the more weak it is. I have manley h-beams and CP pistons 9:1 compression in my sleaved GSR. Never had a prob yet and the motor has been built 4 years.. What cams are in right now?

great tuner/fuel/and discipline and your stock block will make over 500 man

if you dont have these things available to you then build the **** out of it
