I am trying to plug up the obd2A d16y8 harness onto my OBD2A B18C1 motor. I am struggling with identifying the connectors and connecting them in their respective plugs. I am hoping that someone would be kind to point me in the right direction to complete my project or give me a visual aid in identifying the connectors on the harness. Color code identifying the plugs would be greatly appreciated.

I am not good with wirings myself but I am learning and I need some help to complete my project of installing this b18c1 into my 97 civic ex. Thanks in advance everyone.

 

I've used google and the search feature in this website for a couple days before I have resigned to making this thread.

I was able to find the ckf bypass trick information and a few other things such as extending O2 sensor and the trey's method to one of the codes mentioned.

 

Nevermind , I found the answer I was looking for. It was under my nose the whole time, the ecu pin out diagram shows the colors of the wires which should identify the connectors I am looking at. This should get me over the hill with this project. I am 85% through the process of connecting the harness to the motor at this point anyway. I should have held out a bit longer asking for help with this lol.
