Anything would be better then what you probably have. Even some good springs on some new shocks.

Unfortunately, this tells us absolutely nothing.

what dioxine said, do you wanna be dumped? or just lowered. either way new struts are gonna be needed. i would say either koni/gc or function&form type 1. but there a little stiff.

well im currently 1 1/2 inches of the ground with my cheap setup but i get such an aggressive bounce once in a while. i want to stay that low but i wanted suggestions on a setup that would reduce that problem.

Bouncy is what happens when the suspension is under damped.
Use stiffer shocks, if it really is just bouncy.

However, if you're actually 1.5" off the pavement, you have little to no suspension travel left, and nothing will ever make the car ride smoothly at that height. If should be absurdly stiff to safely run at that height, but there is no reason for it to be bouncy.

Also be carful not to snap and bolts. Suspension bolts are subject to lots of weather conditions and depending on where the car has been, salt, which make them prone to rusting and seizing.

why not just shell out the cash and get complete adjustable coilover setup from skunk2, D2, BWR? well worth it in the long run, not to mention each company offers different spring rates to run on their coilover systems
