Default suspension setup?

i'm lookin on ebay right now and i see the koni coilovers setup for a 96-00 civic for cheap. I was wondering if the koni coilovers setup is any good? I have a 99' Civic. Should i either get this or just go with springs and shocks? I'm thinking either eibach, or neuspeed springs and kyb agx or tokico illuminati's if i do go springs and shocks. What do u guys suggest?

I have the Koni threaded suspension setup, and I like it a lot. B18C5-EH2 had it on his civic as well, and liked it until he ran over a bumper in the road and blew the shocks.
