climate control problems - 1 and 2 settings not blowing air
weird problem. my car only blows air when it's on the 3 and 4 setting. doesn't blow any air at all on 1 or 2.
96 civic ex coupe. d16y8. a/c taken out.
tried to search for this problem, can't seem to find anything on it.
