Default RMF narrow with innovative hydraulic to cable actuator

I need some help with this. I have a 91 civic hatch with B18c5 and would like to install RMF narrow. It looks like it may be a tight fit with the innovative hydraulic to cable actuator. Has anyone on here done this.

Thanks

It won't clear the front crossmember and it is very close to my slave cylinder on my car. I notched the crossmember substantially on my CRX to clear that header. I don't know what your setup looks like though.

thanks for the response. I do have the traction bar so clearence there shouldn't be a problem. I noticed how close it is to the hydraulic slave in many pictures which is why I am looking for help.

On another note, I have been looking on honda tech for a few years and I have found many helpful threads. What I have also noticed is the significasntly large number of dick heads that reply with stuff like "just get a different header." It is nice to have my first post pick up the interest of one such person. 91efbluehatch you are a dick.

Do you already have the conversion or are you debating it? Why not just do a cable transmission?

I did the install this summer and the actuator works well. I also like the feel of the cable clutches more than hydraulic clutches. Has anyone else seen this set up with the RMF Narrow? Thanks again for the help.

it is mighty close. the narrow doesn't bulge that far to the tranny. and it depends how far the conversion kit sit. if it passes the block then it will not fit. i dont have the conversion kit.. i have the other one where you put fluid in and the narrow fits perfectly. if you have the conversion kit with the mechanism where you put brake fluid in you should be ok. but if the have the mechanical version thin it'll be very close. btw are you buying the replica narrow or the real one? because i think the real ones bulge's out more than the rep. you can always try it. the smsp reps are nice to and gives the same hp power, also its doesn't sit as low as the narrow. good luck
