My civic control panel lights go on and off everything turns off speed and gas does not effect function of car then they turn back on ! light goes out and other s turn off going back to normal the only thing will not turn off is the A/C light any clues need help thanks

 

Sounds like a bad ground or multiplex control unit (MICU). Search the FAQ's: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-2001-2005-78/faqs-guidelines-read-before-posting-2101211/ and search for the MICU diagnostic. You may get lucky but, I doubt it as it like 14 pages long and most people won't do that much typing.
