Default B16 swapped JRSC need help finding a base tune.

I have a B16 swapped '98 coupe with a Jackson Racing Supercharger. I bought the car and noticed that it would sometimes have idle issues. I started with the basics. I found two small vacuum leaks and I cleaned the IAC. After that, it started up, idle was perfect and air/fuel was perfect. I took it out for a spin and it seemed to have a ton more power. After it got fully warmed up, it seemed to be running really lean. I almost wonder if the car was originally tuned with the dirty IAC and with the vacuum leaks. I then decided it would be best if I just loaded the S300 base tune for a B16 with a supercharger (and stay out of boost) until I could take it in for a tune. Now she won't even start. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

use the old ECU and drop off to the tuner who knows hondata so he can troubleshoot.

this will also rule out if something is wrong other then ecu related.

You need to make adjustments to the idle control and fuel compensation tables and fuel map to get it to stay running. this is why its called a base map. its a starting point only. I hope you saved the other tune, reload that one and get it to a tuner asap.

Of course, I did not save the other tune.... I admit it was clearly a noob mistake. I planned on getting the car tuned anyways. I think I may have at least found some good information. I was digging around under the hood and found that the injectors have a part number on top that read "8225 17113798."
That injector reads out to be a 38# injector (or ~400cc). The base map is set for 440cc injectors. Hmm, getting somewhere. Thanks for the replies. I am calling my local speed shop tomorrow. They are certified Hondata tuners. Not looking forward to getting the bill for that.
