I recently bought a used 04 Honda Accord. On my second day of ownership two things I observed:

1) Left Turn Signal Flashed quickly on dash (indicating "bulb out"), but there was no evidence of a bulb failing in front or back. Any ideas?

2) Wipe blades are banging at bottom of window. Attempted to adjust, but there looks to be a "slack" in the mechanism. Any ideas?

sounds like one or more signal bulb(s) is wrong bulb. Replace to correct bulb and see if that helps.

Loosen wiper arm nut and adjust arm and tighten down.
