2003 hybrid, washer and fan problem
great forum.
i have a 2003 honda civic hybrid with 350,000 miles. the windshield washer doesn't work anymore. fuses have been checked and are good, hoses and emitters clear. replace wiper motor?
also, the cooling fan doesn't work either and that fuse is good as well. what's next to check on that?
thanks,
knabe

In either case, do some troubleshooting. Make sure the washer fluid pump or wiper motor are getting power, or, jump whichever one is not working to verify that it is the component itself that needs to be replaced and not a bad switch, broken wire, loose connection, etc.
Getting to the wiper motor is easy. To get to the washer fluid reservoir/pump you will need to jack the car up, remove the driver's side tire, the plastic fender liner, and the front bumper.
