Right headlight Low/Hi not working

Right headlight Low/Hi not working
o4 Civic the right headlight Low/Hi not working. I changed the bulbs not blown, fuse & relay changed no luck The wiring look good. Could it be the turn signal switch??

I forgot to mention that I have a DRL (day time running light) flash every now and then on the dash and apperantly this will effect the head lights. This module is around $200 I found a fix on you tube
