STOCK INTEGRA SUSPENSION ?
YESSS thank you i just got some skunk2 lowering springs. i cant stand to see my integra lifted like that it needs to meet the floor u no. haha
Just spring won't give you that slammed look though.. and if you keep the stock Struts your ride is going to be super rough.. and you're gonna feel every bump on the road.. I'd say go with some cheap full Coilovers or throw some Type R suspension on there... I;ve had Tein coilover basics in my last 3 cars and I've also had the spring and stock strut combo.. feel just as rough as cutting your springs... buy some shocks too if you want it to perform as good as it will look...
Stock shocks aren't valved correctly for stiffer lowering springs. They will fail quickly and won't ride well. You'll need new shocks sooner or later.

It's not simply to do with quality -- OE shocks (or well made shocks to OE spec e.g. those by Koni, Tokico, Billstein) are not valved appropriately for aftermarket spring rates and the dampers are not designed to operate in a lowered position.
It's a fact that even high quality OE shocks will blow on lowering springs.

If you put lowering springs on a shock that wasnt meant to be lowered even the best lowering spring will run like S*it
^^ Word.. suspension is definitely something you want to spend money on and tune correctly if you want your car to handle like a beast. But like you said, you just want it lowered... so if quality is not a problem, go with the ebay coilovers, you'll be slammed for sure.. just avoid every pothole and bump in your path at all times... being slammed is a lifestyle, not for noobs..
