The following axles will work:
- ANY 94-01 Integra 5-speed
- 94-97 Del sol VTEC (w/B16A)
- 99-00 Civic Si
The parts store will ask you "ABS or non-ABS" and it doesn't matter. Get whichever they have in stock. ABS/non-ABS axles are identical in size - difference is ABS has an ABS ring which doesn't affect how it works in your car/application.
Ask me how I know - I have a very similar set-up:
...and before any of the "your VIN plate is missing, so you've got a stolen tranny!" guys come bopping in, FYI brand new trannies don't come with VIN plates:

You could have gotten a badly manufactured axle, but otherwise all right side 94-00 Integra 5-speed axles should be identical in length, spline count, etc.
