Default Having huge idle issues!! Need answers now

I have a b18 gsr in a ek hatch. One night I was driving it alittle hard and the car started idling at around 2300 in neutral. No bouncing though. Then I had to take a highway trip and after that the idle rose to about 3000.
I changed the iacv and checked for vacuum leaks cleaned throttle body and adjusted idle screw. The car is still idling at 3000 rpms and then dropping to 1000 or less. So bad to a point that I haven't even tried driving it.
I need answers/ideas of what else to do or check for.

Please asapp! Need input

Clean fitv if so equipped. Disconnect the iacv to test for proper function. Remove the intake and get a visual on the throttle plate while its running. Make sure your distributor is tight and hasn't moved. If you can get it close to normal idle check ignition timing. Check the valve timing. Pull codes and reset ECU. Swap in known good ECU.

At your own risk spray starter fluid around the intake maifold and vacuum accessories to check for vacuum leaks (extinguisher recommended, avoid alternator and other ignition sources). On second thought don't do it.
